NXT LVL was brought about because of people like Rick Witmer who had a big impact on Coach Kenny's life and everything that He does and is today. He was that Mentor and Father figure that always was there for through the good and the bad.
He inspired young people to be more than what they were and thought they could be. He inspired to push through hard times and make the best of it. To see the positive in every Negative there is.
All the quotes and sayings that you see comes from his encouragement of a young man. He inspired a down and out kid that felt as if the world was against him into a positive goal reacher that defied all of the odds.
This page is in honor of Rick and the Title “The Rick Effect” comes from his effect on not just NXT LVL owner but those around the metroplex and hopefully touch those around the world. “Impacting one heart is a start to making this world better.”
